This project was created in collaboration with Brandeis' Art Department and Zine Project Fund. The title "Do You Want To Watch a Movie Together" originates from the unique community and culture-building capacity of cinema. Wherever we go, we share a collective cinematic culture. Silly cultural references, small talk, and fine art meet at the nexus point of film.

Each page was created using mixed media paper and water-based markers, then scanned and designed using Krita. They tell the story of a small collection of movies that made a large impact on me from 2022-2023.

I invite viewers to scroll through these images and contemplate the personal meanings that cinema and media takes on in their lives.
